What is Holistic Nutrition?

In holistic nutrition, I take into account the whole body, which includes your health history, symptoms, sleep levels, digestion, childhood exposures, trauma, support, and goals- as all of these factors are important in your ability to thrive instead of just survive.

Holistic Nutrition can help with the following conditions:

  • digestive health- bloating, gas, IBS, constipation, etc.

  • acid reflux, heartburn

  • anxiety and depression

  • sugar or salt cravings

  • PMS

  • hormonal conditions- menopause, endometriosis, PCOS, etc.

  • brain fog

  • headaches

  • inflammation and/or inflammatory conditions- crohns disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.

  • poor immune system

  • and so much moreā€¦

In my practice, nutrition is accompanied with healthy lifestyle choices around:

  • sleep, rest, and relaxation

  • stress management

  • movement and exercise

I believe that every individual is unique, and not every diet works for your entire life. In some seasons of life we may need to alter our diet and lifestyle habits in order to best support the changes that occur.

In my practice, I utilize whole, nutrient-dense foods, supplementation, and lifestyle changes, all supported with testing to identify the root cause of your symptoms in order to improve your overall health. Together, we are able to find an effective and sustainable way to achieve your wellness goals in your season of life.
